The Challenge
Terraform had already delivered landmark commercial projects — including Hamilton's Victoria on the Terrace riverside development — but their brand identity didn't reflect the ambition or vision behind the work. A perception gap was costing them at the tender stage. They needed a brand confident enough to win the clients they deserved. Duo Design conducted a deep brand excavation — identifying the authentic core attributes of Terraform's identity (progressive, optimistic, boundary-pushing) and translating these into a flexible, bold visual identity deployable across machinery, uniforms, signage, and digital. The rebrand repositioned Terraform to compete for higher-value commercial work and directly changed how they were perceived at tender.
