After over a decade of working with the iconic Hamilton café Scotts Epicurean, Duo Design was tasked with breathing new life into its elegant yet dated interior and branding. The owners wanted to modernise the space while retaining its old-world charm.

Duo Design delivered a top-to-bottom revamp, reimagining the brand to create a warm and inviting ambience with a timeless European vibe. They also reinvented the visual identity, updating the logo, signage, menus, and website with a cohesive, stylish look.

The refreshed interiors evoke the feeling of an airy European café, while little touches like the custom-made light fixtures and reupholstered chairs add character. The sleek new branding can be seen throughout, from the redesigned logo adorning the takeaway cups to the aesthetically pleasing website.

Thanks to Duo Design's skilled creative direction, Scotts Epicurean has maintained its reputation as Hamilton's premier spot for artfully-made espresso drinks, served in a setting as inviting as the drinks themselves. The brand redesign has breathed new life into a local staple, ensuring it stays relevant for years to come.
